I too am having the same problem. I also tried to execut program as admin with no success. I have tried several times since installation time with nothing occuring. I am also showing that programs are running in the task manager. I have the version 28.0.1 I sent email with agent log. Please direct me to a fix so I can actually use the licensed software that was offered
