RAID storage is often used to improve speed, redundancy, or storage capacity, but it can still fail because of disk damage, controller errors, accidental formatting, deleted partitions, power failure, or incorrect rebuild operations. If RAID data is lost, avoid rebuilding the array repeatedly or writing new files to the disks before recovery.
Qiling RAID Drive Recovery can scan the original RAID disks, locate recoverable files, and help restore data to another safe storage device. It is useful for recovering documents, pictures, videos, archives, and other files from corrupted or failed RAID drives.
Step 1. Download, install, and launch Qiling RAID Drive Recovery on a healthy Windows computer. Do not install it on the RAID disks that contain lost data.
Step 2. Connect the RAID disks to the computer and make sure they can be detected. If the RAID volume is still visible, select the RAID partition or drive where the lost files were stored.
Step 3. Click "Scan" to search for deleted, lost, and RAW files. Wait until the scan finishes so the software can list more recoverable data.
Step 4. Use file type, path, or search filters to locate the files you need. Select the target files after confirming their names, sizes, or preview information.
